We’re proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone for Jason Wong, who celebrates 10 years with Taylor! Starting as IT Systems Coordinator and now our ICT Business Analyst, Jason has been instrumental in many of Taylor’s key technological transformations. Throughout his tenure, Jason has enabled change by defining needs and recommending IT solutions that deliver value to the business. His hybrid approach combining predictive and adaptive strategies has streamlined processes and improved productivity, creating various efficiencies within the company. Jason’s impact over the last decade is evident in the way he has fundamentally transformed numerous business operations. He developed and launched Taylor’s SharePoint Intranet, consolidating documents, policies, and templates onto a single, accessible platform for the entire company. By harnessing Power BI, Jason enhanced a range of business processes, notably improving ESG and safety reporting. He also led the implementation of Procure Pro, bringing a new level of efficiency to the tender recommendation process. Additionally, Jason automated the capital expenditure process using SharePoint Apps, driving greater efficiency and streamlining operations across Taylor. Jason’s commitment to excellence was recognised by his peers in 2024, where he was named a finalist for the Create Award in our Annual Taylor Awards Program. His role goes far beyond technical expertise. Jason is known for his infectious laughter, which can be heard from the other side of the office, and his creative, idea-driven approach to problem-solving. Always eager to collaborate, Jason’s ability to communicate effectively and build consensus has made him a trusted team member at Taylor. Outside of work, you’ll find Jason on a pickleball court, where he’s determined to become North Sydney’s top player. Congratulations, Jason, on a decade of dedication and innovation at Taylor!
