We are proud to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Joe Boutros, Site Supervisor, whose expertise, energy, and genuine commitment to his team have left a strong mark across the business.

Joe joined Taylor in May 2016 and has spent a decade building a reputation as one of the most reliable and resourceful Site Supervisors in the business. With 20 years in the construction industry and a Diploma of Building Studies to his name, Joe brings deep technical knowledge to every project. His strength lies in translating that knowledge into real outcomes on the ground: keeping sites safe, subcontractors coordinated, programmes on track, and teams performing at their best.

Over the past decade, Joe has contributed to a broad portfolio of projects spanning education, hospitality, heritage, and mixed-use sectors. His project history includes Rydges Campbelltown Expansion, Lindfield Learning Village Stage 1, Pendle Hill Public School, Pendle Hill High School, Rosebery Engine Yards, Roseville College's Sport & Wellbeing Centre, and the current Midtown Macquarie Park New Primary School to name a few. Across each of these, Joe has consistently delivered quality work within demanding environments, earning particular recognition for his experience on education projects for School Infrastructure NSW

Colleagues describe Joe as someone who is not your average Site Supervisor. He is a constant, smiling presence on site, laughing and joking with subcontractors and Taylor staff alike, and as Ben Langshaw observes, that warmth is also quietly effective: Joe uses those relationships to get the best out of everyone around him. Fellow Site Supervisor Benjamin Taylor echoes this, noting that Joe has a knack for looking at a complex onsite challenge, finding a completely unique solution, and making everyone laugh while doing it, leaving even the most high-pressure situations feeling completely under control. Those who have worked closely with Joe will also tell you that he is the kind of person who will go out of his way to do anything for you.

Joe is equally valued for the way he invests in the people around him. Cadet Blair Stewart, notes that Joe has consistently made her feel welcome, included, and genuinely involved, always taking the time to answer questions no matter how small. That willingness to support others at every level of the business reflects exactly what Taylor stands for, and it is a quality Joe brings to every project and every team he works with.

Congratulations, Joe, on 10 years with Taylor. Your knowledge, your character, and the way you look after the people around you make you a truly valued member of the Taylor team.
