Burnham Thorpe – the iconic heritage-listed mansion on Sydney’s north shore – has been completely transformed after a meticulous restoration, becoming several luxury homes for seniors.
The Mediterranean-style property forms part of Gordon Quarter, the new name for Lady Gowrie Village, alongside 40 retirement living units and the new 107-room Roden Cutler Lodge residential aged care home. Team Taylor worked closely with Anglicare and Allen Jack+Cottier Architects to bring the impressive development to life, as well as beautifully landscaped gardens and terraces, staff facilities and associated carparking.
