We’re proud to celebrate Daniel Pribadi’s ten years of service with Taylor! With over 20 years experience within the construction industry, Daniel has become a highly trusted and well respected member of the Taylor team. Starting as a Senior Contract Administrator, Daniel has progressed into a Contract Manager whose expertise spans sectors including data centres, hospitality, education, and commercial. He has contributed to some of Taylor’s most iconic projects such as the Sydney Opera House Western Renewal, Lindfield Learning Village Stage 1, The First Building, and most recently, our Western Sydney Data Centre. Known for his meticulous cost control and attention to detail, Daniel ensures every project runs seamlessly from a commercial perspective, right from the beginning of procurement through to completion. His empathy for consultants’ concerns and understanding of critical constraints set him apart as a true industry professional. In his role as Contract Manager, Daniel supports Project Managers in the efficient administration of contracts, procurement, project reporting, and financial management. He leads procurement strategies, manages commercial and contractual risks, and ensures strong relationships with subcontractors and clients. Daniel is known for his meticulous cost control, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and team development, consistently delivering successful outcomes for Taylor’s projects. Colleagues describe Daniel as a “quiet achiever” and “highly dependable,” with Harrison noting his generosity in mentoring junior team members, and Dean praising his infectious positivity and commercial acumen that contributed to project success at Lindfield Learning Village. Reflecting on his time working with Daniel, Aaron adds “Daniel has always been an excellent person to work with. He doesn’t seek attention, always puts others forward before himself, and is a great mentor to junior CAs. He’s highly knowledgeable and is a great person to crack a joke with onsite. I’m glad to have worked with him on several projects.” As we celebrate this decade of service, we thank Daniel for his remarkable contributions and commitment.
