Taylor is proud to celebrate a significant milestone for Matt Postle, Head of Technology, who marks 10 years with the business! Matt has more than 23 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity across a range of industries. He began his Taylor journey as an IT Process Engineer, and for the past decade he has played a pivotal role in transforming our technology landscape and strengthening our cybersecurity. Throughout his time at Taylor, Matt has delivered transformative improvements that have strengthened the business’s operational capability and security. He has played a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s network infrastructure and eliminating cyber threats, helping Taylor remain resilient in an increasingly complex digital environment. Matt led the significant migration of servers from physical infrastructure to the cloud, providing greater scalability and efficiency across the organisation. His work has also been integral in designing and implementing reliable internet connectivity across project sites, and he helped modernise the business with a full rollout of new laptops, improving mobility and productivity for all teams. In addition to his contributions at Taylor, Matt contributes his expertise at an industry level. He is an active member of the Property Council of Australia’s Technology and AI Roundtable Cybersecurity Working Group, collaborating with industry leaders to shape policy, influence regulation, and guide the advancement of technology and AI within the property sector.
