Taylor is pleased to announce the appointment of Elliot Hicks as Chief Operating Officer, effective 13 January 2026.

Elliot joins Taylor with extensive experience delivering complex institutional and government projects, bringing a practical, people-focused approach that strongly reflects our purpose of Connecting People & Spaces.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Elliot will oversee Taylor’s operational functions. “Elliot will partner with our teams to build on Taylor’s strong operational foundations and support the continued growth of our capability and performance. He will work closely with our leadership team to drive alignment with our strategic direction and ensure our operational approach supports long-term business goals” Mark Taylor, CEO.

Elliot brings more than 20 years’ experience leading large-scale operations, governance, and commercial performance across the Health, Defence, Infrastructure, Building and Rail sectors. Known for building high-performing, accountable teams, he excels at strengthening organisational capability, embedding robust governance frameworks, and aligning people, processes and strategy to enhance business outcomes.
