Partnering with ESR Australia for the first time, Taylor delivered Lot 204 Horsley Logistics Park. Lot 204 provides A-grade industrial and logistics facilities in one of Sydney's prime logistics precincts.

With an expansive site area of over 40,000sqm, the project was split across the construction of two warehouses. Two two-level offices were also built, in addition to external works including awnings, pavement and carparking.

Taylor constructed the warehouse in a south-to-north sequence whilst concurrently carrying out OSD tank works to the north of the site providing simultaneous work fronts.

Taylor worked closely with ESR Australia and key stakeholders to ensure the projects achieved the targeted 5 Star Green Star & As-Built v1.3 Rating.
