Taylor is proud to have delivered the new 6 Star Green Star BUNZL development at Elevation at Greystanes located at 3 Foundation Place in Greystanes. This project was the first of potentially a few buildings on the estate, owned by ISPT, under the management of Aliro. Works involved the complete design and construction of a new 21,300m2 warehouse, 1400m2 two level office, 240m2 two level dock office, 480m2 battery charge room and external areas including retaining walls, hardstand and car parking areas.
Taylor offered multiple design and engineering alternatives for the project which provided value to the client and end user. Initiatives included the inclusion of economic steel and pavement into the designs, and a variety of design solutions for major infrastructure works. Taylor also offered to take on design and construction of the retaining walls which was not originally included in the scope of works.
The most important aspect for the client was that the project be delivered within the tight timeframe so that the tenant would be able to occupy the facility on time. Taylor has extensive experience in delivering many high quality industrial projects within tight programs and endeavoured to meet these constraints for BUNZL at Elevation at Greystanes.
