a genuine sense of community within a welcoming environment that is safe and adaptable to the individual needs of residents. The 7,067sqm development transformed a previous lot of six dwellings into a residential aged care facility in St Ives.

The new facility is a place to call home and provides stability, support and security for the community's residents. Offering varying levels of care to support residents in diverse stages of life, the facility was designed as a series of residential care wings comprising 118 beds and a dementia care specific wing. 

Estia St Ives offers a premium living experience featuring various amenities including a community café, 

communal lounge room, indoor and outdoor lifestyle spaces, and a gymnasium. Luxury amenities comprise a hairdressing salon, day spa and nail bar.
