Taylor delivered two industrial warehouse facilities totalling 30,000m2 for a leading air conditioning company.

The development involved the acquisition of 25.28 acres (103,000m2) of Light Industrial zoned IN2 raw land within the Marsden Park Industrial Precinct for subdivision into 3 individual sites.

The two warehouse buildings were purpose built for Actron Air a leading manufacturer of Air Conditioning equipment. The sites comprise an area of 13.6 acres with the main warehouse building of 25,000m

and a second smaller building of 6,300m

to be held by Actron for investment with flexibility to provide for future business expansion as required.

The site lies in the heart of Sydney Business Park which is expanding rapidly on the back of substantial investment with occupiers including Costco, Ikea, Aldi, Masters, Bunnings, Lindt, Toll Holdings and a range of support activities including retail, childcare and fitness adding to the benefits the location has to offer.
