Working with the Ecove Property Group, Taylor was selected to build the striking new 39-level Boomerang Tower at Sydney Olympic Park. The project includes 230 apartments, retail spaces, a Green Star rated commercial suite and six floors of car parking with over 350 spaces.
The tower features a boomerang shaped design, architecturally created by Bates Smart Architects to achieve optimum solar orientation. This design ensures all apartments are north facing to gain 100% solar access whilst maximising views across the entire Sydney Basin.
