Taylor was engaged by Macquarie University to undertake a refurbishment of Level 6, 75 Talavera Road. The team transformed the area into an open plan office with seating for 100, comprising various boardrooms, meeting rooms, quiet rooms, breakout spaces, a lunch room, and communal workshop area.

The project required an immediate start within a very tight 8-week program to complete the office fitout. The project was located on the top level of the building, which made materials handling near impossible in a fully operational facility with no dedicated builders lift. By negotiating immediate starts for all trades and employing innovative solutions such as weekend crane lifts for large material deliveries, Taylor ensured minimal disruption, meeting the requirements of the Building Manager, existing tenants, and Macquarie University. The project was delivered on time and with little disruption to building operations.
