This new temperature-controlled 9,707m2 distribution centre is home to Lion Dairy and Drinks in Sydney. The warehouse is used to store and distribute milk, dairy products, cheese and fruit juice to the local market.
A key project objective, successfully delivered, was to provide improved operational and energy efficiency to reduce ongoing operating costs of the tenant. Sustainable features include rainwater harvesting, low energy lighting and the provision for solar panels on the roof.

The site includes a landscaped entry, car parking and truck hardstands. The Lion Milk Distribution Centre comprises a single level temperature-controlled building, a single level dock office and a two-level office and staff amenities component.
The building design aligns with Charter Hall standards for the new Industrial Estate and cleverly handles the interface between incoming and outgoing goods in an efficient building footprint.
