Taylor successfully delivered this new state-of-the-art aged care home and independent living village connecting the growing local elderly population to a comfortable, relaxed, social community to call their home. Located in Westmead, the facility is conveniently positioned within easy reach of shops and public transport as well as a variety of medical services.
Initially, Taylor engaged in a two-phase ECI involving decant, demolition and excavation works. Following this, Taylor was awarded the Stage 1 Main works package comprising two 6 storey mixed-use buildings, Block A and Block B.
