Taylor was engaged by Charter Hall to deliver Building 2 and Building 3
within the Horsley Drive Business Park at Wetherill Park.
Incorporating the latest technology and sustainability features, the overall project spans over 50,000sqm. The project consisted of designing and constructing two buildings comprising of warehouse, ancillary offices, associated services required and external works.
The new master planned estate, conveniently located just minutes from the M7 Motorway, provides a state-of-the-art distribution hub for Western Sydney. A key project component was achieving a 5 Star Green Star rating. Taylor’s highly experienced internal ESD engineers were heavily involved throughout the duration of the project to ensure the Green Star rating was achieved.
