Taylor delivered the new Pendle Hill High School upgrade, continuing our long history of successfully completing projects for School Infrastructure NSW.
The 6 Star Green Star project included construction of two new three-storey buildings comprising library, lecture theatre, 14 new modern learning areas, senior student learning facilities, a multimedia centre, administration space and staff and student amenities.
The existing school administration facilities were refurbished to deliver a new innovative staff collaboration and development space and four new prototype learning areas.
School Infrastructure NSW anticipated the new facilities would be operational in mid-2023. Taylor ensured early and ongoing collaboration with our consultants, contractors, the School, and SINSW to achieve this target.
